Bengaluru, April 6, 2025 — Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. has officially applied for regulatory clearance for Phase 2 of its landmark residential development, Prestige Raintree Park, titled “Evergreen.” The company is gearing up to launch the project in the coming months, marking another significant addition to Bengaluru’s real estate landscape.
According to sources, Phase 2 will comprise seven high-rise residential buildings – Building 1 through 7 – each designed with 3 basement floors (3BF), a ground floor (GF), and 19 upper floors (UF), reaching a total height of 64.20 meters. The proposed phase is expected to house approximately 2,000 residential units, offering a blend of modern architecture and green spaces in line with the project’s “Evergreen” theme.
